For the most part, the these preferences are published in the court's local rules or under the Self-Help section on the court's website, but not always. The good news is if filings are returned the court will provide a return letter with the reason for the rejection and suggested revisions. - When appropriate, the client pays third party fees such as court filings fees, publication fees, recording fees, etc.
