Overview of The Case Portal
This office uses Clio for Clients to manage case files. Clio for Clients allows our clients access to their files in a secure virtual portal where our they can actively participate and monitor their cases. This is an optional feature. All documents are also emailed should clients prefer not to set up an account.
With Clio Connect clients can:
Clio for Clients’s bank-grade security technology is a safe way for clients to stay actively involved with their matters, and it creates a more efficient LDA-Client relationship.
With Clio Connect clients can:
- View documents and your court filings
- Collaborate and comment on drafts of your documents
- Upload documents
- View and complete tasks your attorney has assigned to you
- View upcoming court dates and meetings
- Access and securely pay your invoices
- Send/Receive secure messages without email

Clio for Clients: The Client Perspective
You'll be prompted to set up a username and password when first accessing your matter. You will receive an email every time our office shares something with you via Clio for Clients. It is not recommended that this email be shared with anyone else. Sharing the email with a different address will break the connection, and a Clio for Clients account will not be able to be created.

You can always return to Clio Connect, even when no new resource has been shared, by logging in at clients.clio.com/login.
