Service of Court Papers
"Service of court papers" means that the other party (or parties in the case) must get copies of any documents you file with the court. In “service” a third person (NOT you) is the one who actually delivers the paperwork to the other side. The person who does this is called the “server” or “process server.”

How does it work? Personal Service by appointment at a specific day and time to be served in person at our office, located at: 180 Promenade Circle, Ste 300 Sacramento, CA During the appointment, the individual to be served will meet with one of our process servers, who will personally serve the legal documents. This process ensures that service is completed in a formal, reliable, and timely manner, while also maintaining confidentiality and offering the flexibility for the parties to coordinate a time that works best for their schedules, discreetly. Once the appointment is set and service is complete, we will send a confirmation and a signed proof of service. |
